Be able to pass a background check annually
Obtain CPR/First Aid within the first 90 days of employment
For 24-Hour Res./Supported Living programs - Have Clean Driving History
Have Reliable Personal Transportation with full coverage insurance, if required
Have access to a smart phone or internet connected tablet/pc, if required
18+ years of age
Drug free workplace
CLS/DSA: 24hrs a year of training, Residential: 12hrs a year of training
Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job
Ensure health and environmental safety
Activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, medication administration, light housekeeping, and follow safety and isp plans, accessing the community, communication, and anything else outlined in individuals plan
