Requirements

  • Be able to pass a background check annually

  • Obtain CPR/First Aid within the first 90 days of employment

  • For 24-Hour Res./Supported Living programs - Have Clean Driving History

  • Have Reliable Personal Transportation with full coverage insurance, if required

  • Have access to a smart phone or internet connected tablet/pc, if required

  • 18+ years of age

  • Drug free workplace

  • CLS/DSA: 24hrs a year of training, Residential: 12hrs a year of training

  • Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job

  • Ensure health and environmental safety

  • Activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, medication administration, light housekeeping, and follow safety and isp plans, accessing the community, communication, and anything else outlined in individuals plan
